30 Novels Worth Reading for the Cover Alone

Thanks to Christchurch bookman Brian Phillips for bringing to my attention this most attractive piece of marketing from Abe Books.

My vote for the local winner goes to The 10pm Question- Sarah Maxey of course.

and the worst?
The Magicians of Hoad. One of my staff loves the book but has taken to removing the cover to sell it.
Having two sour-faced teenagers who look as if they're really pissed off to have to dress up for a high school production does nothing for the book.
