Benny's No1 NZ Author
Ugandan-born and raised in successive draughty vicarages in Yorkshire and Birmingham, Napier-based writer Charity Norman made a life changing decision in 2002 and took a break from her busy barrister and mediator role in crime and family law, based in the north east of England, and moved with her family to New Zealand.
Passionate about the power of communication, her first novel, Freeing Grace, was published in 2010, with her second novel following quickly in 2012, Second Chances (published in the UK as After the Fall). Her third novel, The Son-in-Law, was published in 2013. The Sydney Morning Herald describes Charity Norman as, “the new contender that Jodi Picoult better watch over her shoulder.”
