The 29-book longlist for the 2014 Branford Boase Award has been announced.
The shortlist for the Award will be announced on May 1, 2014. The winner will be announced on Thursday 10th July at a ceremony in London.

The Branford Boase Award is given annually to the author of an outstanding debut novel for children. It also honours the editor of the winning title.
