Quarto announced changes to their sales and marketing structure. The global English language sales team now reports to Ken Fund, in his new role as chief operating officer, and is structured in three main channels: US sales, UK and Europe sales, and international sales. Andrew Stanley will join as sales director of UK and Europe, effective July 10. Previously, he was deputy director of group sales for Thames & Hudson. Tim Loynes has joined as director of children’s sales; previously he was head of special sales at Abrams and Chronicle Books. Mary Aarons becomes director of sales, e-commerce and ANZ, Canada, Asia, and Latin America. Monica Baggio becomes director of sales EMEA, Central Asia, Korea, Taiwan, and India and Subcontinent.

Marketing and publicity now reports to chief creative officer David Breuer. In recent changes and additions in the US, Kristine Anderson joined Quarto in March as adult marketing director (she was vp of marketing at LSC Communications Publishing), and Diane Naughton joined as children's marketing director in January (she was vp of integrated marketing at Harper Children's). In the UK, Jessica Axe has been promoted to adult marketing director, while Katherine Josselyn has been promoted to children's marketing director.

Formerly director, sales operations, distribution services, Eugenia Pakalik is no longer at Norton and can be reached at
epakalik@gmail.com.

At Harper UK, Sam Missingham's position as digital project manager has been
eliminated and she will leave the company in May. She plans to launch a website for booklovers and will work as a consultant.
